Sweet One was the most inspired and really got into the project.
She designed a fantasy scene complete with a Northern lights-like background, a shimmering lake complete with ducks, and a family picnic. If there's one thing this kid treasures through her art, it's her family.
Dr. Jiggles also embraced the task. He was more "seasonal" in his depiction, choosing his setting as the Garden of Gethsemane.
If you look closely, you can see the poor servant, Malchus, missing an ear thanks to the overzealous Peter-the-duck. Needless to say, Dr. Jiggles has a rather unique sense of humor.
Next up on the enthusiasm chart was Little Weed #4. He wasn't too sure about the goal of the project and was uncomfortable with the extremely open-ended nature of the instructions (or lack thereof). After looking online for some inspiration, he came up with a summer scene complete with swimmers in a stream and an ice cream shack.
Ziggity was late to join the Peeps party and put forth minimal effort, ending up eating most of the peeps that had been allotted to his project. The best his brain could come up with (which he claimed had been turned off for the duration of Spring Break) was a race between the chicken and the hare. Yes, it was weak, but at least he didn't finish off the participants of the race before I got a photo!
